We read it and, if it's something we can help with, reply personally with a few questions about the house and the job. If you don't have quotes yet, we'll suggest local businesses to get them from. If you do, we help you put them side by side: what's included, what's missing, and what to ask before signing.

When we suggest a business, we'll tell you if it's a paid partner, and we'll ask before sharing your details with anyone.
What we don't do: guarantee a response time or a result, judge whether a price is "fair," review contracts, give licensed professional advice, or run an instant, automated service. We do this by hand, and we're still learning what helps most.
